Milan arrived yesterday in sunny Potchefstroom for his first training camp of the year.
He had his first training session this morning at the NWU-PUK High Performance Institute of Sport.
The camp will last four weeks and then he’ll go back home for the Christmas holidays where he’ll have some light training sessions before his return to South Africa for one more camp.
Milan is preparing for the first major championship of the 2019 season, the European Athletics Indoor Championships in Glasgow. (1st-3rd of March)
